Born and raised on a New Zealand farm, Rowan consolidated his knowledge with a Bachelor of Agricultural Science (Hons) from Lincoln University. Since graduating in 2005, his career has taken him from managing, developing, and converting farms in Chile, Southland, and Canterbury, to working at Dairy Business Centre where he advanced from Technical Sales Representative to Sales Manager, and later Senior Agricultural Supervisor.

He has supported clients across New Zealand and internationally, delivering measurable improvements in profitability, infrastructure, and sustainability.
